United States: good to know

  • What visitors pay. The Houston Health Department runs the city's sexual health clinic at its health centres and says no one will be denied access to services because they cannot pay, with a discounted sliding fee schedule; it does not publish amounts. Legacy Community Health, the city's largest community health centre, offers free HIV testing to uninsured people without symptoms and says it serves everyone regardless of ability to pay.
