One of the three city health centres where Houston's public sexual health clinic runs, with free walk-in syphilis testing and a published promise that nobody is turned away for being unable to pay.

This clinic doesn’t advertise itself as LGBTQ+ friendly. Most clinics don’t, so this isn’t a sign that it’s unwelcoming. If you’ve been, tell us how you were treated.

Legacy Community Health, the city's largest community health centre, offers free HIV testing to uninsured people without symptoms and says it serves everyone regardless of ability to pay.
