A foundation-run community centre in Roma Sur that says all its appointments are free and cover rapid HIV and syphilis tests, medical and psychological care and a PrEP programme that supplies the medication.

Mexico: good to know
- PEP in this country. AHF México says PEP must start within 72 hours of the exposure and that, after unprotected sex, you can go to any IMSS hospital or clinic, which must provide PEP as a free service whether or not you are insured with IMSS.
