The only place in Frankfurt am Main that Deutsche Aidshilfe lists for starting PEP, through the university hospital's central emergency department.
This clinic doesn’t advertise itself as LGBTQ+ friendly. Most clinics don’t, so this isn’t a sign that it’s unwelcoming. If you’ve been, tell us how you were treated.

Deutsche Aidshilfe's PEP map lists one place in Frankfurt am Main that starts PEP: the central emergency department of the University Hospital (Universitätsklinikum Frankfurt), with the gynaecology department for women.
