Community and private clinics list PEP for everyone at a price. Go the same day and do not wait for a routine slot. In Bangkok, several community and private clinics provide PEP and list a price; the community clinic Tangerine is listed at 2,900 baht. In Chiang Mai, one private clinic publishes 2,950 baht for a standard course. In Phuket, one Phuket Town clinic is listed at 2,955 to 8,500 baht depending on the medicines; message ahead to check the medicine is in stock.

Free HIV tests at public and community clinics are listed as for Thai nationals, and in Chiang Mai and Pattaya the same goes for free syphilis tests and PrEP. Visitors should expect to pay and should ask the price before testing. In Bangkok, a rapid HIV test is typically a few hundred baht at community clinics: SWING Silom lists 450 baht for a fourth-generation HIV test, and the Thai Red Cross Anonymous Clinic, free with a Thai ID card, lists a standard HIV blood test at 160 baht before service and doctor fees. In Chiang Mai and Pattaya the community clinics publish no visitor price.
