Sexual health clinics in Senegal
The one Senegalese listing is the HIV clinic inside Fann teaching hospital in Dakar, where more than five hundred patients are followed, with doctors' appointments every weekday and a pharmacy dispensing antiretrovirals daily. It is a care and follow-up service rather than a walk-in testing centre. Same-sex sexual activity is criminalised.

- Testing
No Dakar service found publishes HIV or STI testing hours and prices on its own site. The centre listed here, inside Fann hospital, describes consultations for the care and follow-up of people living with HIV from Monday to Friday, an adolescent clinic once a week, daily dispensing of antiretrovirals and laboratory services — which makes it the clearest route for a traveller who has run out of HIV medication, rather than for a routine test. Phone before you go.
