Sexual health clinics in Rwanda
Both Kigali listings say their HIV and sexually transmitted infection testing is free: a wellness clinic in Gishushu run by an international HIV foundation, and a community centre in Nyamirambo that names LGBTQIA+ people, men who have sex with men and sex workers among the people it is there for. Neither publishes opening hours, so phone first.

- PEP in this country
No Kigali service found names post-exposure prophylaxis. Neither listed clinic mentions PEP or PrEP, and King Faisal Hospital, which runs a 24-hour emergency unit on KN 544 St, says nothing about HIV services on its site. If you need PEP within 72 hours of an exposure, go to a hospital emergency unit and say so.

Both Kigali services describe their testing as free. The Gishushu wellness clinic says its rapid HIV and STI services, including testing, care and treatment, are at no cost and that everyone is welcome; the Nyamirambo centre says it gives free information and services, free of discrimination. Neither says whether free covers people visiting Rwanda, and neither publishes opening hours, so phone before you travel across the city.
