The Romanian Anti-AIDS Association's checkpoint in Cotroceni is the country's testing centre made for gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men and trans people, with free, anonymous rapid tests for HIV, hepatitis B and C and syphilis two evenings a week and free condoms and lubricant.
