HivNorge gives a window of up to 48 hours after exposure, shorter than the 72 hours used in most countries, so go at once. It says every hospital emergency department (akuttmottak) and big-city emergency clinic (legevakt) in Norway should be able to start PEP without first consulting an infectious disease specialist. For PEP in Oslo, go to an akuttmottak or the legevakt.
