Latvia's Centre for Disease Prevention and Control says its network of HIV prevention points gives free, anonymous rapid tests for HIV, hepatitis B and C and sexually transmitted infections, with free advice on prevention. The list of points is on its website. In Riga, the Baltic HIV Association's checkpoint says all its services are free of charge.
