Sexual health clinics in Fiji
Fiji's health ministry names one reproductive health clinic per division as the place to go for a sexually transmitted infection, and lists HIV testing and counselling sites by region. In Suva that is the clinic on Brown Street, alongside a youth service and the main hospital. A non-profit clinic on Waimanu Road adds free care after sexual assault.

Good to know in Fiji
- PEP in this country
Neither the ministry's HIV page nor its sexually transmitted infection page mentions post-exposure prophylaxis or PrEP anywhere, despite the sharp rise in HIV cases Fiji has reported. If you need PEP within 72 hours of an exposure, go to CWM Hospital in Suva, or the divisional hospital nearest you, and say that is what you need.
- Testing
The Ministry of Health and Medical Services names the Reproductive Health Clinic (Suva Hub) on Brown Street, the Naviti Street clinic in Lautoka and Our Spot in Labasa as the places to go for a sexually transmitted infection, and says any government health centre is also an option. Its HIV page lists testing and counselling sites by region, adding Our Place youth-friendly services and CWM Hospital in Suva. It publishes no opening hours, prices or eligibility rules.
City pages carry the local detail: which clinic, which hospital, and what it costs there.
PrEP in Fiji: none of our listed clinics says it supplies PrEP. It can also be ordered for delivery from PrEP Online.
