In Prague we list the checkpoint and STI clinic of the Czech AIDS Help Society. Its tests for HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B and C are free and anonymous with no appointment, and its STI clinic takes patients who pay for the care themselves. It does not say in so many words that tourists may use the free tests, so ask. For PEP, go to a hospital emergency department.
