AHF Colombia explains that PrEP in Colombia is delivered through the health insurer (EPS) system under Resolution 2292 of 2021, free or for a small income-based payment for members, starting with a GP appointment. It does not say how someone without an EPS, such as a visitor, can get PrEP.
