Neither says whether short-term visitors can use it or what they pay; the Brussels centre names uninsured people as eligible for free anonymous HIV testing.

In Brussels, the public hospital CHU Saint-Pierre says PEP can be started within 72 hours of exposure at its infectious diseases centre (Centre MIA) during walk-in hours, and at its 24-hour emergency department at 290 rue Haute at other times. In Antwerp, the Institute of Tropical Medicine's HIV/STI clinic lists PEP, by appointment. Neither publishes what a visitor pays, so ask before treatment.
