The hospital clinic that Aids Hilfe Wien, the Austrian AIDS Society and AIDS-Hilfe Steiermark all name as the place in Graz for PEP, PrEP prescriptions, HIV treatment and confirming and treating a positive STI screen.

Aids Hilfe Wien's national PEP list (March 2025) and the Austrian AIDS Society both name the infectious diseases outpatient clinic at LKH Graz II, Standort West (Göstinger Straße 22, +43 316 5466 6023) as the PEP site for Styria; the AIDS Society marks the Medical University's infectious diseases department as not offering PEP. - What visitors pay. AIDS-Hilfe Steiermark tests anonymously by appointment and takes cash only. Its HIV lab test is free; a rapid HIV test costs €30, syphilis €20, chlamydia and gonorrhoea €20 per swab site or €50 for all three sites, and the BIG-FOUR bundle (HIV lab test, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhoea at all three sites) €65.
